Seigneurial Ownership
- Acquisition: François Pelletier and Marguerite Morisseau purchased the Seigneurie d'Orvilliers on October 22, 1675, from Philippe Gaultier de Comporté.
- Name: The seigneurie later became known as Seigneurie d'Antaya.
- Estate: Following François's death, the seigneurie was subject to extensive litigation and seizure proceedings due to his obligations, a conflict that was not resolved until 1724.
