Marie Rocheron, also known as Rocheronne, was a Fille du Roi (King's Daughter).

• Birth: Born around 1645 in Saint-Cosme de Vair, canton de Vair, diocese of Le Mans, Maine (now Sarthe), France.
  • Recorded Ages in Colony: 25 at her marriage in 1670, 30 in the 1678 census, and 36 in the 1681 census, all of which support the 1645 estimated birth year.
• Parents: Daughter of Julien Rocheron (a tailor) and Marthe Le Lou.
• Migration: Arrived in New France in 1670 aboard the ship La Nouvelle France. She carried a dowry of goods valued at 300 livres.
