OTFR Project: Sovereign Intelligence Kit (Free-Bird Customization)

This toolkit is a localized implementation of the Free-Bird philosophy: open-source, resilient, and vendor-neutral. It is designed for the Ardens Doctrine—the recognition that in a modern hybrid conflict, the first casualty is the "Symmetric Reality" shared between geopolitical blocks.

OTFR Triptych

Why we transitioned from Alert to Triptych:

  • The Alert (Sovereign-Intelligence-Test-Panel.html): A simple, public-facing "Canary." It tells you if the bridge is open.
  • The Triptych (OTFR-Triptych-Observation-Platform.html): A forensic "Radar." It tells you how the bridge is being manipulated.

Key Proof of Concept: In the 7:46 PM scan, the tool detected a Geopolitical Partition. While Western anchors (NASA/ESA) remained clear, Eastern/BRICS+ nodes were simultaneously silenced. This asymmetry is the hallmark of "Selective Blinding" and cannot be detected by standard network monitors.
