Usage Notes
- Date: Use publication or statement date.
- Source: Include press outlet, official body, or think-tank.
- Type: Classify as Article, Report, Statement, or Analysis.
- Summary: Concise description capturing the key point or finding.
- Tags: Maintain controlled vocabulary for consistency across trackers.
- Notes / Annotation: Use MkDocs annotation feature for internal remarks, links, or highlight indicators.
- Archiving: Ensure each entry is backed up (PDF snapshot, HTML archive, screenshot) for verification.
